After much thought and analyzing what we ate and drank, we concluded that the fruit drink with crushed ice at Crepes & Waffles on Thursday sent Dave's stomach into turmoil. So this sums up what life has been like for Dave on Friday and Saturday. Not good! Friday late afternoon he concluded that this was not his normal stomach issues. This was as Kristi calls it "The Giant in the Stomach." So the remedy is bland food, Cipro, and close proximity to el bano! The lesson learned...don't eat ice outside of the hotel in Colombia. Those of you who have had Montezuma's Revenge can sympathize with Dave.
Now Jacob on the other hand has made the most these two days. He has had a lot of fun running around the hotel with Camilla. They made bubbles outside with Camilla's bubble machine.
The bubble fun ended when it started to rain so they were forced to play inside. They each tried to roller skate with one roller skate. It still amazes me how they can play so well together without speaking the same language.
After they each got a roller skate on they pulled each other with a jump rope.
All in all it has been a low keyed good couple of days for me, Jacob, and Luciana and not so good for David. (However, he is on the mend.)
