Our Journey to Colombia begins...

Saturday, January 30, 2010 was a day that we had anticipated for over three years.

Jacob was excited to fly, however, he soon lost his enthusiasm when we were descending into Atlanta. The pressure change and the downward movement affected his stomach and made his ears hurt. He was not excited to take the next flight to Bogota, however he took some Dramamine prior to the next flight and he did very well. The early birthday present seemed to keep him occupied most of the trip.
